The Generation II Predator variants each feature a durable, Burnt Bronze Cerakote barreled action. It pair with a green stock textured with black and bronze splatter, offering both grip and control in the field, according to Ruger. The cold hammer-forged barrel measures 22 inches in a medium contour. It features deep spiral fluting on most variants. The system adds rifle balance while maintaining rigidity and accuracy, according to Ruger. The threaded muzzle includes a factory-installed radial muzzle brake.

The American Gen II provides a significant re-launch and upgrade to the popular American rifle line. It delivers improved ergonomics, a three-position safety, stainless steel bolt and more rigid stock. The Predator variants, combined with 11 new Standard models and seven Ranch models, swell out the ranks of the American Gen II.
